After our initial meeting which will be conducted via Facetime or Skype, I can take a virtual site visit of the proposed areas you plan to renovate or redecorate.
I will offer my 'Obligation Free' ideas, concepts and thoughts,
to which you may consider engaging
"Elemental Interiors" to reinvent your space.
In our initial meeting we will discuss your needs, timeframes, estimated budget
and styles that appeal to you.
DESIGN & PLANNING
Explore & Evolve the Ideas
After deciding to engage "Elemental Interiors Cairns", we then progress to the design and planning stage, where we explore your needs & what this new space will bring to your lifestyle. We discuss the possibilities and what changes and restructure we can make, with an outline for the styles and trends you are attracted too, "what style and look you want to achieve."
We will create concept sketches and together we will explore colour and materials swatches, and flooring choices.
With these design tools your can truly explore want you like and don't like before making final commitments.

CONCEPT AND PRODUCT SELECTIONS
Reveal the future Project with Image & Product
After exploring possibilities, we then start to consolidate the planning stage. We work together to establish product selections, finishes, textures, fittings, & layouts before procurement and coordination of trades.
Selection stage can involve in-store visits, or meetings at the Elemental Studio, or on site after samples have been collected to ensure what works within your space.
For "New Home" selections we work mainly in-store and the Elemental Studio.
We then work to create your final mood board with potential hardware selections before sign-off.

CREATING THE NEW SPACE
Let the Trades Begin!
In the final stage, we compile & finalise the design package. We will prepare the full finishes, flooring & colour schedules, along with mood board and sketches for approval. When you have approved the final documents and layouts, we forward this to the builder or trades.
At this stage we can hand over all completed schedules for you to finalise the project independently with your builder & trades, or we can manage the project through to completion. We can continue to work together with trades to ensure the design comes to fruition as planned.
